Todd Zeile Supports the FDNY Foundation at Cantor Charity Day

The FDNY Foundation would like to thank former MLB player Todd Zeile for joining us at BGC for Cantor Charity Day on Monday, September 12.

Thanks to the generosity of the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund, we were able to raise funds to help support the FDNY Foundation with training, equipment, and education for FDNY members.

About the FDNY Foundation

The FDNY Foundation, established in 1981 is the official not-for-profit of the New York City Fire Department (FDNY). Our mission is to promote fire and life safety education and help the FDNY better protect New York. The FDNY Foundation funds programs that advance the FDNY’s goals, which include maintaining operational excellence, reaching out to the community with an array of fire and life safety programs, and ensuring that our firefighters and EMS personnel have the best available training and equipment. About Cantor Charity Day

Every year, Cantor Fitzgerald and our affiliates, BGC Partners and GFI Group, in conjunction with the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund, commemorate our 658 friends and colleagues and 61 Eurobrokers employees who perished on September 11, 2001 by distributing 100% of our global revenues on Charity Day to the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund and dozens of charities around the world. Since its inception, Charity Day has raised approximately $192 million globally. Each anniversary is a poignant occasion for us. Charity Day is our way of turning a tragic day into one that is positive and uplifting by helping others. To learn more visit:
