FDNY Foundation joins the FDNY in Mourning the Passing of Retired Firefighter Christopher A. Carney

It is with deep sadness that the FDNY Foundation joins the FDNY in mourning the passing of retired FDNY Firefighter Christopher A. Carney of Ladder 117 who lost his battle with illness on Friday, August 13, 2021. Firefighter Carney served the department for 11 years. He leaves behind a wife and two children. Our thoughts are with Firefighter Carney’s family and friends during this difficult time.
