BC Mike Maiz is a 28-year veteran of the FDNY, currently assigned to the hazmat battalion. He was a proud member of the FDNY Football Team. On December 27th, BC Maiz suffered a heart attack which left him with anoxic brain trauma. BC Maiz is known as the friendliest man on the job. His contagious smile and energetic demeanor is what we all love about him. He was always there to help his family, friends, and fellow firefighters. Now, BC Maiz needs our help.
