Come out and support the FDNY Baseball Team as they take on the NYPD in the fifth annual Battle of the Badges on Wednesday, August 19 at Citi Field in Queens. This year’s event will be featured as part of a special single-admission doubleheader, beginning approximately one hour after the conclusion of the 1:10 p.m. Mets vs. Padres game (around 5:00 p.m.).
Proceeds will benefit the FDNY Foundation.

Your ticket to the August 19 Mets game is also your ticket to Battle of the Badges, giving fans access to an unforgettable full day of baseball and community spirit. Select entry gates at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda will remain open through the conclusion of the Mets game to accommodate fans arriving specifically for the Battle of the Badges game.
Fans will have the opportunity to watch FDNY and NYPD—featuring former professional and collegiate baseball players who now serve as New York City’s everyday heroes—go head-to-head in an exciting matchup at Citi Field. Mets Hall of Famer David Wright will help host this special day, adding to an unforgettable experience for fans and supporters alike.
