2020 FDNY Foundation Humanitarian Awards Dinner – Virtual Event

The FDNY and FDNY Foundation send our thoughts during these difficult times. In light of the ongoing concern with the coronavirus, we, like others, are forced to do our annual FDNY Humanitarian Awards Dinner “virtually” in 2020. All previous reservations will be transferred and additional details will be sent.

Our virtual event will be an uplifting tribute to the men and women who have served us so well throughout the years and during this pandemic. A virtual journal and video will be hosted on our website to highlight the work of the FDNY and the crucial ways supporters like you help make this the world’s greatest Fire Department. In a wonderful show of support, our 2020 Honorees, Marc Holliday, CEO and Matthew J. DiLiberto, CFO, of SL Green Realty Corp, have decided to forgo the award this year, and asked instead that we honor the men and women of the FDNY.

Our FDNY members have been on the front lines in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to your support they continue to carry out their mission safely and effectively. As always, saving lives in service to the people of New York is their number one priority.

We look forward to honoring our FDNY EMTs, Paramedics, and Firefighters at this year’s event!

If you have any questions or are interested in supporting the 2020 FDNY virtual journal please call 718-999-0779 or email info@fdnyfoundation.org.

We anticipate our “event” taking place toward the end of September and will have more info in the coming weeks. We hope that you will join us on our website to see the FDNY at its best, and take the opportunity to say “Thank You FDNY.”
