On Wednesday, December 10, the FDNY Foundation was joined by Fire Commissioner Robert S. Tucker at Engine 39/Ladder 16 in Manhattan. The firehouse received much needed fitness and training equipment from the FDNY Foundation through our friends at Temple Emanu-El.

The FDNY Foundation funds programs that advance the FDNY’s goals, which include maintaining operational excellence, reaching out to the community with an array of fire and life safety programs, and ensuring that our first responders have the best available training and equipment.
